The Confidently Fueled Young Athlete Program is a structured virtual group education and coaching program that teaches each athlete everything from the nutrition fundamentals to key sports nutrition principles to optimal performance to what to know to support injury prevention. Athletes may participate in only the group classes or they may choose the VIP option for three additional private 1-to-1 sessions with Taylor throughout the course of the program.
This program is currently offered twice a year and Taylor does not take on private 1-to-1’s outside of the program while it is running.
