Performance:

Nutrition can be the ultimate predictor of an excellent season or one filled with frustration and injury. However, there is so much nutrition information out there from all different sources that it’s hard to know what to follow and what to ignore. Furthermore, it can be difficult to distinguish recommendations for an adult professional athlete vs those for youth or adolescent athletes. 

Taylor has worked in the world of pediatric nutrition for 13+ years and 8 + of these years have been in sports with young athletes. She has refined her teaching and nutrition coaching to give young athletes a step-by-step approach to understanding important foundational nutrition and key sports nutrition principles and supporting them as they create and implement the best strategies unique to them. She works to meet the young athlete where they are to help them reach their goals and fuel their best and she is always keeping injury prevention and the athletes’ health and wellbeing top of mind as she makes recommendations, guides and supports.

Working with Taylor:

Taylor’s main form of teaching performance nutrition and helping young athletes use their nutrition to optimize their performance is through her group coaching program, The Confidently Fueled Young Athlete. The athlete can participate in the group teaching classes only or can add on additional private one-to-ones for additional attention and support. 

She offers a few private 1-to-1’s following this same structure outside of the times the group program is run.
